Placing Patients First

NextSource Cares™ provides free medications marketed by NextSource Pharma to patients for whom a medical need is established, who cannot afford the cost of therapy, and who have no other reimbursement options that would enable them to purchase the product.

Our program is designed to assist uninsured or underinsured individuals providing free medication at no cost to qualifying U.S. patients.

If you or a loved one are uninsured or underinsured, we encourage you to speak with your healthcare provider and patient advocate and apply for our NextSource Cares patient assistance program today.

How the program works
  • Our program is available only to those patients who meet our eligibility requirements.
  • A patient application including details of your healthcare provider and supporting documents must be completed in full for review.
  • Once your eligibility is confirmed and you are approved for the program, you will receive your medication, free of change, for six (6) cycles of the program
  • Patients can reapply to the program should their medication need continue.
  • It’s free to apply!
